Statistics Botswana Customer Satisfaction Survey

In line with the implementation of Statistics Botswana’s (SB) Strategic Plan, SB is undertaking a Customer Satisfaction Survey amongst users of official statistics. The purpose of the survey is to determine the degree of customer satisfaction with the statistical products and services provided by the organization.

Mellben Research (Pty) Ltd. has been engaged to carry out the Customer Satisfaction Survey on behalf of Statistics Botswana.The survey will be conducted between August and September 2018. During this period, an online questionnaire will be used to collect data from individual users and institutions.
